"Wife and Grand daughter broke down in New Castel. In a construction zone. I was unable to get a tow truck at that time. It was late and there were none with in 30 miles that would be able to do anything. Road side assistance took over. They got my car towed to Shelbyville. They took a lot of pressure off me."

"So overpriced! I canceled my policy of which I had just paid over $100 and I got a $35 refund! Terrible agent, such an "I don't care and I know everything” attitude... always has some comeback for justifying her high policy pricing. Beware of a person who can't shut up when you are trying to voice your concerns. When I called to cancel my policy, whomever answered the phone, not sure, said; “Oh are you sure you want to cancel as we can/will be making some price adjustments". This just tells be they had been over charging me!"

"Diana, I do understand your concerns and willing to listen to your opinions. Our rates are fair and competitive. As an insurance company we return any unused premiums when a policies are canceled. My offer still stands, I will be happy to sit down with you to go over your refund status with you. To determine if this is the only refund you will receive we need wait until all policies are cancelled. As an insurance professional with almost 28 years experience, I recommend setting aside time for a conversation with your agent annually. This gives your agent an opportunity to address your concerns, to know you better and serve you better. I see a few attempts were made to meet with you to review your policy and make sure you were getting all premium adjustments available prior to your cancellation. These meeting opportunities were declined. Thank you for your business and our door is always open to serve you. "

Long story short - Getting ready for a renewal with my old insurance agent who didn’t return phone calls or answer emails, so I decided it was time to move on and look for a new agent.
